Support for children, teens, adults, and families- with care that is thoughtfuland built around real life.

Support That Adapts to You

People come in for a lot of different reasons.
Sometimes it’s anxiety. Sometimes it’s your child.
Sometimes it’s just… a lot.

We start there.

And figure out what actually helps.

Therapy for Anxiety

You might not even know how to explain it- just that things feel off, or heavier than they should.

You might find yourself:

  • replaying conversations

  • overthinking decisions

  • feeling on edge or easily overwhelmed

  • reacting in ways that don’t feel like you

We slow things down and figure out what’s underneath all of that- so you’re not just getting through the day, but actually feeling a little more steady in it.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

When your child is having a hard time- and you’re trying to help, but nothing feels like it’s really working.

Maybe it’s big emotions, behavior that feels confusing, or changes you don’t fully understand yet.

This work isn’t just about your child “fixing” something.

It’s about helping them feel understood- and helping you feel more grounded in how you support them.

So things can feel a little calmer, a little more connected, and less like you’re guessing your way through it.

Family Therapy

When things feel tense, disconnected, or like you keep ending up in the same conversations.

Maybe you’re navigating change, stress, or roles that don’t feel clear anymore.

Sometimes everyone is trying- and it’s still just not working.

This is a space to understand what’s actually happening underneath, and start shifting how you show up with each other in a way that feels more doable.

Disability-Affirming Therapy

If you’re navigating life as someone with a disability- or supporting someone who is- there’s often a lot happening behind the scenes that people don’t fully see.

Appointments, decisions, systems, advocacy, constant adjusting.

You don’t have to explain all of that here.

This isn’t about what therapy is “supposed” to look like.
It’s about what’s actually going on in your life- and what would help.

Accessible and Flexible Care

Accessible and Flexible Care

All sessions are offered virtually across Chicago and Illinois.

I am currently in network with Aetna, UHC & BCBS PPO Plans.

In the meantime, sliding scale options are available starting at $50 per session, along with self-pay options- so this can feel a little more manageable and within reach.

If you’re ready to get started or have questions, I’d love to connect. We can talk through what you’re looking for and find an approach that feels right for you.
